Every form feeds the pipeline
Lead forms, a booking page and surveys, on the web and on WhatsApp, with every answer landing in the pipeline and consent recorded.
Three kinds of form
- Lead forms: short, mobile-first forms for ads and landing pages, with hidden fields that keep the ad source attached.
- Booking page: a public page where prospects book a call or consult directly into your calendar.
- Surveys: branching question flows on WhatsApp or the web, for applications, feedback or qualification.
Built for measurement
Every submission records where the person came from (the ad, the campaign, the click ID) so the ads director and Readings can credit the right spend. Consent is captured on the form, as POPIA requires, and stored with the contact.
What happens after submit
- Instant replyThe agent follows up on WhatsApp or email within seconds, while the lead is still interested.
- Into the pipelineThe answers become the contact record and the lead score.
- Next stepA booking, a sequence or a handover to your team, depending on the answers.
A campaign with forms
A Meta lead campaign sends people to a short form: name, number, what they need, and a consent tick. Hidden fields keep the campaign, ad and click ID. The moment someone submits, the agent messages them on WhatsApp to continue the conversation, while the form's answers become their contact record and lead score.
Those ready to talk book straight into your calendar from the booking page. The rest join a sequence. Readings then shows cost per submission, per booking and per sale, per ad.
Forms are built mobile-first because that is where South African leads fill them in, and on data-light pages that load quickly on a phone. They stay short: every extra field costs submissions. The agent asks the remaining questions in conversation afterwards, where people are happier to answer.
- Types: lead forms, a public booking page and branching surveys.
- Where: web and WhatsApp.
- Records: source, consent and answers on every contact.
Straight answers
Is this POPIA compliant, and who owns our data?
You own your data and can export it. Every client runs on its own isolated instance, with its own database and its own AI keys, hosted primarily in Microsoft Azure's South Africa North region, with role-based access and a full audit trail. See our privacy policy.
How long until it's live, and what do we have to do?
Typically two to four weeks. From you: your WhatsApp number and Meta business verification, your product and pricing information, and about two hours a week during onboarding. We do the rest.
Our industry is different.
In the detail, yes. The engine is the same; the knowledge, tone and flows are yours. The same platform runs a college, a charter operator and a wholesale supplier without any of them being a compromise.
What happens after onboarding? Are we on our own?
No. For the first 90 days ScaleMind runs the weekly loop with you: plan, produce, deploy, monitor, debrief. The target is that the machine needs less than two hours of your week.
Your move.
